St. Joseph’s Food Pantry serves the hungry of Manatee County regardless of their faith, affiliation or background. All are welcome. We distribute food to our neighbors five days per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm.
During 2024, we served 20,582 families that totaled 76,897 individuals including:

● 10, 421 seniors
How You Can Help:
Cash Donations - St. Joseph's Food Pantry is a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your donation provides immediate support for needed food purchases. You may also donate to the pantry through the Flanzer Philanthropic Trust. The Flanzer matching program accepts monthly donations ranging from $5 to $500 per household with a maximum of $3,000 per year. These donations can be made at:https://donate.flanzertrust.org/
Grocery Donations - Individual grocery gifts are always needed, especially peanut butter, canned meats and fish, cereal, and pasta products.
Volunteer - Volunteers are always needed. With being open 5 days a week there is plenty to do. Please reach out to us to find the right opportunity to serve with us.
Spread the word - If you are a member of an organization or company that wants to do a community project, contact us to come speak, for 10-15 minutes, at your next meeting to share our story.
