Walking with Purpose
Walking with Purpose’s mission is to help every Catholic woman and girl in America to open her heart to Jesus Christ.
Our next study begins Tuesday, October 5
Are you interested in getting together with a group of women to explore your Catholic faith? Would you like to see how the Scriptures apply to your everyday life? The Walking with Purpose Bible Studies present an array of topics, such as prayer, trusting in God’s plan for our lives, our true source of fulfillment, the role of the Holy Spirit in the Church, loving one another better, and learning how to forgive, in a dynamic and relevant way.
The Bible Studies consist of three elements:
- At-home study intended to encourage daily scripture reading.
- Weekly small group discussions in a Parish setting, or virtually, facilitated by Walking with purpose leadership team members.
- Monthly Connect Coffees (free) for fellowship and to watch an inspiring video on a topic related to the study.
All women are welcome to attend the Connect Coffees or sit in on a weekly discussion group at any time. We look forward to meeting you!
Fall 2021 studies include:
Touching the Divine, a 20-lesson study of the many qualities of Jesus revealed through the Gospel of John. Some Bible study experience is preferable before joining this class.
Opening Your Heart, a 22-week course that will take you on a journey closer to the heart of God. No prior Bible study experience is needed to join this class.
Participants choose classes at either 1:00-2:00 pm in the Parish Center, or 8:00-9:00 pm via Zoom. Study guides will be ordered through the Parish for those registering now through May 31, 2021. After May 31, participants order as noted below.
