To register your child for religious education or sacramental preparation (First Communion and First Reconciliation), please complete and then print all forms provided below. The completed forms are to be submitted to Liliana Ronderos, Director of Religious Education (LRonderos@sjcfl.org or 941.756.3732, extension 3113).
