Joy Program
The Joy Program is a ministry that works with special people. It is a religious education program for adults with mental and physical disabilities. There is no age limitation. The ages of our participants range from thirty to sixty years of age.
We meet every Sunday mornings.
In our class, we open with a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. We then do crafts, skits of Bible readings and have music, singing and dancing. We also set aside some time for sharing whether it is the loss of a loved one or a medal won at Special Olympics! We end our class with a prayer circle.
